Additionally, Polkadex has integrated the reward claiming UI (https://polkadex.trade/rewards) to their testnet for contributors to test their contributions before the rewards claiming page goes live. (Please note that the amount of claimable rewards will be significantly higher when you follow this process on mainnet as this is pro rated per block and the testnet doesn’t have the same number of blocks as the mainnet.)
