Tutorial | How to liquid stake FIL and participate in farming 🤓

3 steps are needed
1️⃣ Transfer FIL to Filecoin EVM Address (from CEX or Filecoin wallet like Glif or Foxwallet) 
 
2️⃣ Bind your EVM Address with your Bifrost address 

3️⃣ Cross in FIL and mint vFIL 🌈
